Kids Helping Kids - Daisy Troop 2220

On November 13 Ashley and Alex had the pleasure of spending the day with two of our Superstars, Sabrina, and Sienna, and their Daisy Troop. Sabrina and Sienna's Daisy Troop held a drive to collect toys, games, and a variety of arts supplies that we will be bringing to Winthrop Hospital! They also made cards that we will hand deliver to the children on the pediatric ward at Winthrop. We had a great time spending time with the amazing girls of Daisy Troop 2220 and our Superstars! Thank you Daisy Troop 2220 for joining us in our Kids Helping Kids program!!

Halloween Hospital Party

Halloween Hospital

On Halloween, The Ashley Wade Foundation held their first party on the Pediatric Ward at Winthrop Hospital. The children dressed up in their costumes and ate pizza with us! We brought a Frankenstein craft that the children enjoyed making. Some of the children hung their Frankenstein craft on their IV poles, others on their door. It was great to see the children happy and smiling! We had a great time spending the day with them. Since these children could not be home for Halloween we brought Halloween to them!
